Shipping

All orders placed on pepe1943.com are processed Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm PST and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the total cost amounted.

- When you place an order for international shipping, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to accurately calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and therefore are unable to cover them for our customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the chosen carrier upon delivery.

If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Returns

PEPE 1943 aims to create products that our customers love and keep for years but sometimes it just doesn’t work out.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item,

PEPE 1943 reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items or for any other exploitation of this return policy.

* Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition, will be eligible for an exchange for the same article in a different size or color, if requested size and color is in stock. In-store purchases are only return/exchange(able) in store in accordance to our stockists’ policies.

Initial shipping and handling non-refundable.

* We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
